Our Warranty |

| Network Avenue warranties our products to be free from defects for the time period set forth below. Pursuant to this warranty, Network Avenue will, at its option, (i) repair the product or (ii) replace the product or (iii) provide a refund for the product. In the event of a defect, these are our customer's exclusive remedies.

| For a period of 120 days from the original date of purchase of product, Network Avenue will at it's option, repair or replace product determined to be defective. Any parts or product replaced under this warranty will become the property of Network Avenue.

| This warranty only covers product issues cause by defects in material during ordinary End-User use; it does not cover product issues caused by any other reason, including but not limited to product issues due to acts of God, misuse, limitations of technology, or modification of or to any part of the product. This warranty covers only the hardware components that are part of the product. It does not cover technical assistance for the hardware or software usage and it does not cover any software products whether or not contained in the product; any such software is provided "AS IS". This warranty is invalid if the factory-applied serial number has been altered or removed from the product.
